About Me

I am a college student attending Northwestern University pursuing a degree in Journalism.  One day I hope to make a difference and have a positive impact in our world. Until then, I enjoy reading, writing, yearbook, golf, filmmaking, print and broadcast journalism. I also volunteer in my community—and have created moving documentaries for Special Olympics, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, Hearts and Homes for Refugees, and Wreaths Across America. My love of children and writing led me to create a children’s picture book that I am proud to have published called Fortune Cookie Surprise!
